HAVEBURY TENANTS, LEASEHOLDERS & RESIDENTS SUPPORT FORUM

This website has arisen from the ashes of the Havebury Tenants Forum website which itself is now closed.

The discussion forum side of this website is now available by clicking HERE. Note that many of the existing messages prior to 1st July 2009 are from the original Tenants Forum site as they have been deemed still to be interesting.

The original Havebury Tenants Forum website was closed for a number of reasons but primarily:

(a) due to a lack of interest by the majority of Tenant Forum members in supporting the site over the past three years despite every effort made by both Havebury Housing Partnership management & the previous Tenant Forum Chair to encourage their involvement,

(b) the continued lack of interest in the site shown at the recent Tenants Forum AGM by the elected representatives who seem to have an agenda not related to the original objectives of this site,

and to a lesser extent:

(c) threats & intimidation made to various persons responsible for maintaining this site and to those posting messages to the discussion board both directly and indirectly. This latter reason has primarily evolved from the reason stated in (a) and could have been avoided.

This website is NOT designed to represent the interests of the Havebury Tenants Forum minority membership however some members of that Forum may well post in the discussion board hosted on this site from time to time. They do so purely as providers of information and/or comments and not as represenattives of that Forum unless they specifically make it clear they have the authority of the Forum membership to do so..

This website is NOT supported by Havebury Housing Partnership Limited be it financially, morally or otherwise and this website does not represent their views or policies. It is purely here to represent the interests of the tenants, leaseholders, residents who are occupiers of property belonging to or managed by Havebury Housing Partnership Limited.
